Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Need to make a change? If there’s an issue with your order or you would like to cancel it, please contact us at info@blem.ca as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Shipping

Free Canadian shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

We aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your package is on its way.

For international orders, local duties, taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your destination.
