Shipping
Orders will be shipped with canada post or ups within 5 business days of the order being placed. International orders may be subject to customs/duties.
Blem is not responsible for the payment of customs/duties on internationally shipped items.
By law, we cannot change the value of the order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred.
Customs may delay packages beyond the stated shipping times below.
Orders that go missing due to submitting an incorrect or incomplete address are not the responsibility of Blem and will not be refunded.
Blem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will not be refunded shipping costs.
Please confirm that your address is correct before checkout.
Returns and exchanges
We do accept returns within 15 days of your received package, only if the item is in mint condition.
You can always contact us for any return question at blemxps@gmail.com within 15 days of your received package for additional information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
