HolyLand : Macthefire ignites Montreal for his new album launch
On March 23, 2025, Montreal was the scene of an unforgettable moment: the official launch of HolyLand, the brand new album by Macthefire, an emerging artist with a message as powerful as it is authentic. The evening, held at Le Ministère, brought together a vibrant and united crowd, ready to celebrate much more than just a musical project: a true moment of connection, faith, and creative fire.
A performance driven by soul and truth
On stage, Macthefire delivered a striking, heartfelt, and sincere performance. He shared his lyrics as one transmits a prayer — with strength, vulnerability, and grace.
The entire room vibrated in unison. In communion with his community, the artist demonstrated that he was not there simply to entertain, but to raise awareness and unite souls.
HolyLand: more than an album, a sacred land
The album reveals a rich palette of sounds and messages. From tracks carried by Afro rhythms to introspective lyrics on identity, faith, or healing: each song is a stone laid on the artist's path of life.

Before Macthefire took the stage, three artists warmed up the room with remarkable performances:
De Lafe, the poet.
Multidisciplinary artist, De Lafe arrived with an original proposal, mixing poetry, live instrumentation and author rap. He opened the evening with a depth and extraordinary style, giving way to an atmosphere that was both thoughtful and electric.

Mani Saint, contagious energy
A Haitian artist brimming with energy, Mani Saint took the stage with a magnetic presence, an inner fire that immediately spread to the audience.
Thanks to her distinctive voice, her stage ease and her natural interactions with the crowd, she managed to create an atmosphere that was both festive and warm.

Alma, a sweetness that pierces.
For her very first performance, Alma literally captivated the audience. The R&B singer immediately caught attention from the first notes thanks to her soft yet powerful voice, full of emotion. Her touching shyness moved the audience, creating a sincere moment of shared vulnerability. But what was surprising was how she managed to transform this shyness into a captivating strength. Her inspiring clothing style, her sincere smile, and her luminous aura left the audience wanting more. A true gem that we can't wait to see again!

The launch of HolyLand would not be what it is without the strength of a close-knit community around Macthefire.
